To help us provide an efficient service to all our customers both new existing, we have different people who are skilled in different areas. Our technical people (all drummers themselves) offer expert advice via email only, so if you are looking for help and advice of a technical nature such as compatibility or setups, these are the people who are best suited to answer your questions.
