At Lemon Cymbals, we want you to enjoy your products with confidence.

All Lemon products purchased directly from Lemon Cymbals are covered by a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects.

What is covered?

Our warranty covers faults caused by defects in materials or workmanship when the product has been used normally and correctly.

If your product develops a fault during the warranty period, please contact us with your order number and a description of the problem. We may ask you to provide photographs or a short video to help us assess the issue.

Where a fault is covered by the warranty, we will provide an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement part, repair or replacement product.

What isn’t covered?

The warranty does not cover damage caused by:

• Misuse or excessive force
• Accidents or impact damage
• Incorrect installation or connection
• Modification or unauthorised repair
• Normal wear and tear
• Damage caused by unsuitable equipment or accessories

Our warranty does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
