UK delivery

  • Free standard delivery to UK mainland addresses.
  • Orders are normally dispatched within 1 working day.
  • Standard delivery is usually 1 – 4 working days.
  • Delivery is made using a tracked courier service.

Orders placed after our daily dispatch cut-off, at weekends or on bank holidays may be dispatched on the next working day.

International delivery

We also ship to selected international destinations.

Delivery costs and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout where available.

International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, customs charges or other fees that may be imposed by the destination country.

Delivery problems

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery period, please contact us and we will investigate this with the courier.

If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and provide photographs of the packaging and product where possible.
